Hello sir, grinder looks very promising.isnt there any other alternative to replace the only plastic piece in it.I am sure you would have thought about it.since everything is designed to perfection I just wanted to know the reason for keeping plastic.
Actually Mam the plastic is jus to push the rice and dal it is not going to hit the stone or drum ... We had wood what happens when putting wood in long run it gets cut because of we use water ....
Thanks for your prompt reply.just if the plastic is replaced with stainless steel plate, what sort of difficulties will arise. will any problem arise in the batter quality.
@@vanithasankar Yes. I think that pladtic one should be and can be replaced. Though it does not touch the drum directly, it is in contact with the batter during the grinding. I think it can surely be replaced by best quality wood which won't break. Our grinder had a wodden one which is still working fine even after using for 40 years!

Sir the weight of kuzhavi only heavy .. we need minimum 2 litre weight kuzhavi. Because the plus of table top is kuzhavi. But taste missing in it . Your creation is better. So try for 2 to 2.5 kgs of kuzhavi on this mini traditional one litre grinder.. order will comes a lot to your shop.. we searching for this type .we too ready to buy for yours price sir

Yes correct. Urad dal doesn't get grinded properly some grains is left as it is without grinding. It also heat up the box too much
