- my opinion is... I'm not satisfied with this model... not user friendly.... too much of heat and noise.... it takes long time to grind.... i got defective grinder too ☹️

Definitely ultra is the best first one served us 13 years, we halted it after its stones lost its best grinding capacity. Again we purchaed new one in ultra after better experience with sowbhagya grinders
I recently bought the ultra perfect+. Though it grinds good, I experience lot of trouble in cleaning, as there is lot of batter accumulation at the point where the grinding stone rod is connected to top closing handle and is difficult to clean properly. Do you have any tips for effective cleaning this ?
True sis, ultra is always topnotch because of conical stones.I used for 13 yrs , till now no problem. Total grinding time 20 mins only
Ultra is best, but the closing rod is difficult to clean. Wish they had simple lid for closing in Ultra itself.
The same model in sowbagya does well.. Using it from 2013 dec
same grinder is there in prestige if you want you can check the model PWG 04 & PWG 11 no changes you can get the stone set if some one is traveling from india.
This is very similar to butterfly model. I too experienced same in my mother-in-law house what you said. Batter also getting stored in the middle. I have ultra grinder for 8 years. Not a single problem I experienced. Really ultra is very good
I love ultra grinder only, Always best,within 1 hour everything will grind rice and Urandal both.

Thank You so much for your honest review. We have exact same problem back in India, Prestige won’t care if you are planning to return, Kasu wastu. This has to go to trash. TTK is a good company, Prestige make good cookers, but not the grinders. Apart from that customer care is there for consoling you, cannot take care of any of your problem.. If you ask further they will ask you to call number which no one answers😫
Nowadays all the company grinders are same like this in India also. The stones are very thin, so it takes long time to grind. They are making much noise, and producing much heat.
Actually no one is trying the tilting wet grinder which is most convenient these days. I own Sowbaghya shree tilting model which is good. People should go for it! Just a suggestion.
Everything you said are fine only sis, all you tried and tested, but in india also the Premier wet grinder which we have at home also has the stem like how you have in this grinder when we tried to take the base out from the whole to pour the batter,that steel stem will be there in the middle

You can claim your warranty buy replacing with a new product. If its not repairable or replacable they refund the full amount. Geepas always gives full warranty I have claimed full amount for my two different products. Also you have many repair shops in Sharjah and you can repair your old grinder there.
Last 15 yrs I am using amirtha grinder, still there is no problem. User friendly grinder.
Try butterfly 3 stone grinder …. Awesome performance till now more than 15 yrs … no complaints so far

please make sure to set the grinder stone as per the arrow mark given in user guidance so that it sit properly in grinder and grinding quickly and also grind all rice , i heard this from grinder service man
