U我少女13名團員，早在節目開播前六個月已經選出來，前面已經受訓了六個月節目才開始錄製，節目還沒完全播完少女們有簽保密合約，所以所有人不會劇透節目內容，不管節目玩的套路很深，還是玩的高潮跌起，最終贏家還是節目組贏得收視贏得收入，最起碼少女們的表現最終也贏得掌聲贏得人氣。

現在看這節目只用與國家交流角度去看， 這集真的太棒了！ 前面看的是熱血,後面哥看的是感動與鼻涕啊～! 想到我有認識西藏朋友， 他們跟我講的一些家裡的事 ，配上央珍對這舞甚至是對民族的執著， 媽呀我……
強巴央珍超強，超猛，超壯觀，超厲害，超感人，整個表演就是「完美」

先别管真与假，只要看她们从第一次一起分队比赛，慢慢的一起互相了解并扶持直到这次的挑战赛。这才是团队麻~管她们将来是否是能从这个节目里出道还是别的，只要最后她们还是像现在这样，互相信任和努力，就算现在还不能出道那以后总会有机会的呀，反正她们各自的梦想都是跟音乐和舞蹈有关。
何必如此在乎这个节目是否造假呢？！你能开得出来别人也看得出来呀，观众又没瞎。人家只不过是享受在这种娱乐的氛围当中，根本就没再管节目造没造假的事。
而且，节目造假那时他们公司的问题。而罗教头和优我少女们是的的确确的为自己的梦想努力着，不然干嘛还要训练，干嘛还要评分，为了搏版面/求关注/吸眼球就自甘脱落在节目里人人批评，比较和评分吗？少女们是太闲了？

又回來重看一次....須然明知道這節目壓根沒有打算讓優我出道，但放下情感投入客觀的評"忐忑"會贏完全是因為羅志祥的舞台設計編排。而後面輸給印度雙胞就是舞蹈技術與創意完全壓制.....這節目頂多就是讓優我少女們看清世界有多廣闊卻並沒有打算幫她們實現夢想.....
雖然是假的~但是羅志祥的努力沒白費~13位女團的表演是真的
