@@BattlefieldCurator no problem. They have some beautiful firearms. Big Luger and p38 site. I’ve acquired a British p14 and Svt 40 from them. Half of the ones you’ve listed I didn’t even know. Currently browsing each site so thank you
Legacy has been hit or miss with me. More often than not, their stuff is outrageously priced, with occasional good deals that are snatched up fast. Lately, I have noticed that their WWI era Lugers are usually decent deals that even beat examples on Simpson Ltd surprisingly! No sales tax is a big plus as well.
Aroooo! Great list of places! Places i frequent that I didnt see mentioned was Legacy collectables, Liberty Tree Collectables, Edelweiss Arms, Axis Arms, and Checkpoint Charlies. Ive bought from all of these sites and never had a bad experience.
I've ordered from Liberty Tree Collectables many times. They have an extensive inventory and I've never had a problem. Edelweiss Arms is very good too.
13:40 I've done a lot of good work with Bull Moose Guns in the past, very gracious staff awesome shop with a ton of really cool pieces passing through there. Great to hear their name come up
Old western scrounger has surplus guns and accessories. I have never bought anything from them but I check it about once a week. Another place is KYGUNCO. They are similar to buds guns. I got two carcanos from them a few months ago and was happy with what i got. They do take C&R license as well.
Empire Arms is great. I just recently got a Kar.88 from Dennis. You do need to be impulsive and quick on the draw when his "New Stuff" emails come out, as the desirable stuff sells out within minutes! Collector's Firearms I found to be incredibly expensive, like "I'll have what he is smoking" prices. A similar seller is Pre-98. Simpson Ltd I am a big fan of. They get new items almost daily, and the good deals are snatched up really fast. Their pricing and descriptions are very fair. I picked up a Wz.29 stock and a WWI era Luger P.08 from them.
I walked around Collector Firearms in Houston recently. Their prices are high, but the selection is amazing, and I felt like I was in a museum more than being in a gun store. There were a few deals I saw though.
One thing about IMA is that you have to read their 20K word description to find what is wrong at buried in the middle or bottom. A very reputable large milsurp guntuber found this out the hard way... make sure you attentively read the full description. I would like to add a site from a friend of mine in the KC area, Panzerfaustarmory. He is a great dude and will post some good stuff. As others have mentioned, Empire Arms and Edelweiss should also on your watch list.
These are some great ones. One one of the websites I found a Indian Ishapore No.4 Enfield chambered in .308. Which is amazing because that means it’s an Enfield that I can actually shoot without selling my kidney
Bought one rifle from Classic....never again....gun was not in the represented condition and when I contacted customer service with photos, they refused to do anything. I was very disappointed.
Thankfully the purchases I’ve made have been great. It’s always playing roulette when ordering online when they don’t have pictures of the exact firearm you’re purchasing.
I bought a surplus M48 yugo from them once and it was terrible condition, (dark corroded bore, broken firing pin, broken magazine spring). I must admit the customer service was okay though because they gave me a full refund. Honestly I really dont expect much from places that sell surplus from batches like RTI and Classic... I think paying the extra to know the exact condition(esp bore condition) of what you buy is worth it.
Legacy-collectibles has become my favorite site.
I’ve visited them before years ago… I must have forgotten to put them on my list. Thanks for mentioning them again!

I was hoping to keep them my little secret. I buy like 3 guns a month from there. I am going poor quick LOL

Awesome! Might have to check out some of those

Great write up and spot on! I believe I have been to pre-98 before, I think I saw it mentioned in a FB group sometime ago

Sadly I’ve had issues with rifles and pistols from them over the last 5 years. Customer service helped rectify most of the issues though

Thank you Dan, always good for more resourceful information. Also Liberty Tree.
@@johnriley8139 yea I’ve been to Liberty tree collectors, I actually made a video about my top parts sites and Liberty tree is on that list
