It's been 5 month doing an internship 1 more month left.... the way they showed the gradual changes is so darn true... we really get to learn the hard way and it really helps us building ourself stronger in terms of dealing with all sort of situation... My mentors have been the best that I could ever have.... They have taught me to be an all rounder and to deal with difficult situation...

That 'No fixed working hours' brings back so many memories. When I was interning, I used to be the only one sitting alone at 11pm finishing up some stupid task my mentor used to give me.
Its true man.......
There are two kinds of people in intern, one that always demotivate you and other who always motivate you and feel you relax.
The demotivated one may not your mentor but they come in between and will treat you as your mentor and ruin hole day. You will treat as a servant in the company and you will realize that your college professors and placement officers are far better than the company employees.
The only hope you get is from the intern mates. They are the one whom which you can share your anger towards the employee
I have been an intern for a startup for a year...crazy me... spent many nights at the office creating content and presentations and writing emails. I really enjoyed it very much cause it tested me to the core.

well..... I interned at shaw for 2 and a half months though it was a 6 month internship. In short I got fired after 2 1/2 months as they were not really impressed with my performance
I could relate to the moving bit from one cubile to another(sometimes) and those excruciating long working hours (11-13), but when I remember those days, never fails to bring a smile on my face.
The guy is cute though.

I was an intern for free. Always had a fear I will be mistreated and made to bring tea and sandwiches for top bosses. But it nothing like that. Learnt a lot. And I miss those days.

I don't know where this interns asked to make coffee comes from but I've seen many bad firms who treat interns very badly and not pay them but still no body asks them to make coffee or tea.
I had a good intern with a bad end.... Was not selected for job after internship inly because i didnt knew the local language.... 😢😢😢😢😢

I'm interning right now and my office staff is never behave like an intern with me, I'm lucky to have such seniors
My was exactly opposite , I after completion of bcom , joined a mid size CA firm for experience at a stipend of 6500 rs as an intern for 6 months , later they would promote me to an assistant level.
Those 6 months of my first job were really hell , for all bank work they used to send me out , I used to walk and walk atleast 5-7kms each day . In office , I was given photocopy and typing agreements work..return filing was done by ca interns , there was a lady peon , but she used to come to office in morning hours , clean the premises and leave. I was given a desk , that too without a computer PC , Just for making registers and entry work. 2 Partners , 2 cabins , they used to call me by bell Management System and I was made to prepare coffee / tea by the induction heater in the small pantry of office and serve all at 10am and 4 30pm

Web development internship. Abhi tak to Sab Theek hai. Ache se treat kr rhey hain. Par m thoda negative thinker hu. Aage bahot band bajne wali hai. But m ready hu. Because Mjhy interest hai is field m. I don't know kyu bata ra hu Apni Feelings. But Sab kaafi ache se baat kre hain. Help b Krte hai. Sab Theek hai. Seniors ke saath lunch time m game khelta hu. 1-1 ghante tak khaali baith jata hu. Hehe. Kabhi Kabhi, roz NI. Par jo b h, maza Aa ra hai.

The last thing of appointment letter and some jokes with fellow interns only happened with me during my internship. The rest I was treated as one of the employees as it was a product based MNC.
My internship was for 2 month in startup company.Where the first week was all interview questions with doing task what you have never done before in life. The ceo expected to find new things from me so that he can implement those things in this project. I use to get so irrated by the ceo attitude. He never want me to work for want i know, but for what i have never heard.
