The laborers who actually worked hard on making this flat a reality, still earned minimum wages. They still probably had to walk home during pandemic to their villages, while the ultra rich cozied in their lavish bedrooms. Sad reality of life
We live in a capitalist society so that's how it works. There is nothing right or wrong about it, it just is. Besides, wages are a matter of supply and demand. The pool of such workers is so high and competitive that they are not able to dictate salary and would rather have a job than to get replaced by someone who could do it for cheaper. We do not live in a handout society. Many of such workers can work hard, save, invest and get out of poverty and/or find better pay by upgrading their skills. I know an uneducated person that started as a painter, elevated himself by recruiting a team and starting his own business of providing start to finish paint service, educated his daughter who now has become a judge. So do not feel sorry, it is a matter of choice for everyone and some just have to work harder than others.
The universe is not homogeneous. Are u also gonna complain that all planets & starts are not of same size. So sad??
