Man, that logistics/border issue sure seems like a pain. I wonder if the dev's have a solution for it. Maybe there could be a way to differentiate logi players and prioritize them in the queue...
crossing the border instead of deploying from home region gives you priority. this is why border hopping to skip queues only hurts your team by making these traffic jams worse.
War 83 have also invented Port Tabasco and other warden-made Ports where salvage resources are gathered in non-refinery backline zones and with freighter boats we take the resources to seaports where refinery logi will pick it up and keep the war effort from the west keep going.
If there was a way to differentiate logi players, maybe only allow say 117 non-logi players per side so there’s always a few slots open for anyone in a logi truck
Kinda cool how the devs inadvertently showed off how chain of command and glory hounds can sabotage a war effort. And here I thought the queues would’ve been for game health, haha!

Not all logi are like what you ran into. As someone who did logistics for a bit I understand the grind but at the same time I understand the need of the many out way the need of the few. If I was in the logi’s shoes I would’ve given you the entire convoy. Then get into a different truck and go make more supplies.
I stumbled across your video about the Logistrike yesterday and I honestly can’t get enough of your content on the game. As someone who only learnt of this games existence yesterday, you’ll have a new soldier fighting the collies this weekend. Keep it up lad 👍
The big picture strategy aspect of this game is super interesting to me. All of these plans and encounters are happening all within this one region of the map. Wild!
Regarding most of logi driver personally want to submit the stuff to the bases and don’t want other player for example from the next region doing that on behalf of them (every time you submit stuff at base, other faction players that set spawn at the same base will get notification at their screen) are to gain commend by others and most likely to up their rank’s. The proof had been shown in this video. Well years back when we played as logi there were no notification like that meaning all logi volunteering to do it not because of ranking. Then the map getting bigger and bigger and make lots player try to avoid being logi coz it’s take lots of time effort and no in game credit to achieve by doing that. So dev trying to full fill it by making notification so every logi player can up their rank more faster then any other roles play. So we cannot blame the logi player to react that way. They actually deserve it coz while other player have fun killing / using all the stuff they are making .. they keep going scrapping making stuff sending the toys to the frontlines. So it’s fair for me although sometimes it’s spoil coz make it delay to arrive because of the Q at the border region. What I try to suggest is, Dev should make a new mechanic example border base or FOB (not in decay zone) that close within what range they decide it later, both faction can make/build “logi drop zone” so logi can just submit at one side region at the drop zone and other side drop zone will get or share the stuff meaning logi don’t need to travel to the next region and they still will be commend by other player while doing that. Let’s say this drop zone mechanic is the same like storage depot that u can submit it as public or personnel for example for clan ops but the drop zone must only can be build at the nearest border of each friendly base for each side of the region.
I find boot slugging to be a very easy way to ensure whatever bmats went into my spawning I take away from the enemy. A simple rifle and a grenade or two (usually field looted) and I am offing at least one or two (more if you count wound and suppression as assist... then again I usually remain behind the pack figuring out what, where and how things are unfolding... then I plug a gap sniping away. I find few know how to handle a static kneeling or prone rifleman that shifts position every eight to ten seconds.
