If this bell would be in the tower where she should be hung, it would not make a single sound by the swing at she has on the barge. The barge strangely moves opposite side where the weight swings, that helps the bell strike at low swing path. See the barge sways back and forth opposite way of the bell swings and how much it is rocks like over a meter each way opposite that the bell swings.
