You should have just booted into Linux for data recovery and copied to an external drive that would have been easier than getting a customer a new SSD then tried to run sfc/dism from a Windows install usb. I assume you tried DISM and SFC and it failed?
2nd one is better and probably required. the problem is caused by a corrupt os like tou said but also can be a failing drive
I have the same issue, but I can't access any troubleshoots because I hard reset recently and am currently not admin on the pc. So it asks for my Microsoft email password but I says it's incorrect after confirming that's not the case. So I'm stuck in a loop where all I can do is shut down
I keep getting blue screen anytime I turned on my pc. I need another nvme ssd to reinstall new fresh windows 10 again but no money to buy another nvme ssd. Takes 2-5 time’s restart the system to still on. 😭
Why can’t windows just be less pain in the ass if MS had testers to find all the bugs. Everything in house is dumb.
I got a friend who has an issue on his windows 11. According to him he got a Bluescreen with code page fault in nonpaged area which is a lot of grey area. What triggered it is that he got a settings notification stating he needs to turn on core memory which he did, after that he restated and the computer wouldn't open after that
He needs his data since he's a college student and it's a laptop so a new os is off the table
If I use this method to fix the problem, will the programs I had installed on the disk before the problem occurred still work?
One big problem. What caused this? Because It’s not the first blue screen for me and i’ve reinstalled windows twice
You can get a bootable usb with win 10 on it and just start startup repair and it will fix corruoted files
You sure?
@@klimadzu try it, it shouldnt delete anything
@@korisnik4888 let me tell that to the costumer
@@klimadzu once, i messed up my sys and it wouldnt boot, startup repair fixed it and i didnt have any problems
Is it ok for those external hard drives which has power cable to always be turned on? and never get them unplugged?
Same happend to me, but how do i fix it without opening it
i had this problem and i fixed it right away just had to download a rescue disk before in macrium reflect, boot to usb drive and click fix boot problems
install windows again but no wiping data. windows will automatically rename the old windows to windows.old and install itself without data loss
I have the same problem on my old notebook but after 3 months the system automatically reinstall the windows and most stayed there
What keys did you press for the system restore point
My laptop has trouble with restarting since I bought it. It was new with freshly installed windows 10. I'm always waiting to restart it too much time, except once, and I'm just avoiding to do that
In my case I can't even start the safe mode. It reboots over and over again with the same blue screen and Windows does not even get initiated, no simbol, nothing. My laptop is a Huawei, "Huawei"is the only thing that appears before that blue screen
This is most likely from the CrowdStrike blue screen problem.
That happened to my computer that I had for less than a week and it was making loud noises definitely returning it
