I love how the arrangement still captures the emotion and ambience the original song has even though it's arranged differently. I also love the little details each part has that makes this arrangement feels so full despite only played by 4 people! My favorite part is the twist from the original version at 3:19 and just literally everything from 3:40 onwards💙💙

Ever since I discovered Flowering by Lucy I imagined how would a classical version sound like.. and this one for sure meets my expectations, even more! It gives me such a happy magical feeling, like being surrounded by nature on a sunny day, with birds also singing.. Beautiful!
I love that the classical musicians are in suits and Sangyeop and Yechan are in cardigans and jeans haha. Wonderful and beautiful cover!! What a way to honor their 2nd anniversary! To me, it embodies spring itself: hope and happiness and sunshine, and of course flowers in full bloom. The fluttery piano by kevin, yechans gorgeous violin playing (times two!) sangyeobs delicate guitar when everything cuts out and olegs cello adding beautiful depth with the cello the strings are giving me lifeee (plus umus lovely editing!)

And yes Yechan is the Violinist + leader of band
Definitely check them out! They came together through the competition show Superband so all four members were already established, working musicians before the group was formed. Yechan has been playing violin since 3rd grade (his mom also plays) and before Superband he was part of a busking group called GaneungDong Band. You can find lots of vids of them, his playing is incredible! The group Lucy is self-producing, with the main producer being the bassist Wonsang :)
