Tempest Skill List:
Glacial Blasts (Active): Tempest launches a projectile at a target enemy, dealing damage and slowing their movement speed for a duration. If the target is hit by Glacial Blasts while they are already slowed, they are frozen in place instead.
Elemental Warp (Active): Tempest teleports to a target location, leaving behind a temporary clone of himself. After a short delay, Tempest can reactivate the ability to swap positions with the clone, allowing for quick repositioning in and out of combat.
Chilling Presence (Passive): Tempest's presence on the battlefield passively slows nearby enemies' movement speed. Additionally, enemies hit by Tempest's abilities are afflicted with a debuff that increases the damage they take from Tempest's attacks and abilities for a short duration.
Elemental Void (Ultimate - Active): Tempest summons a powerful storm at a target location, dealing damage to enemies caught within and pulling them toward the center. After a short duration, the storm explodes, dealing additional damage and stunning enemies caught in the blast.
