Salut Claire,
Thank you very much for this very nice video about reflexive verbs in French. I like it and I would like to ask you for a second part to it (please see below). I particular, I like very much your 'be aware' at the end.
Please allow me to make two comments.
1. In other languages even non-roman languages, e.g., in Polish, Russian, you also have many reflexive verbs. Thus, some listeners I am sure are very familiar with them and the differences between like 'lever' and 'se lever', 'promener' and 'se promener', etc. In English we don't have them although we do use sometimes 'myself', 'yourself', etc. yet in French these verbs are much more present and their conjugations with 'être' are more complicated. Btw, a verb in French may be reflexive like 'se lever' yet in say Polish, 'wstawac' ' it is not reflexive.
2. Please prepare a second part or maybe even the second and the third parts of this video where you would discuss other French tenses with reflexive verbs which use 'être' or its other form like le plus-que-parfait, le futur antérieur, le conditionnel passé première form, or the forms like le infinitif passé and gérondif passé.
It would be nice to have a complete collection of these videos on the reflexive verbs.
Thanks a lot in advance,
Mouchous,
Rafal
