Mate, I've said it before and I'll say it again, love your videos! Been watching your videos for a few months now and you've inspired me to go out and get myself a kayak to fish from as well. So much easier to be mobile and access deeper waters, it's definitely increased my catch rate! Nothing too fancy just a 2.75m Pryml from BCF during boxing day sales but man, cheers either way hey!

We anchored around 20m from there on Sunday night and there was so much on the sounder. We fished just the other side of the power lines towards the point and got nearly 12 size fish. Mind you, on a boat towing twisties. Certainy a healthy river we have

Love your videos man. I’ve learnt heaps from you. That’s Wagyl’s cave behind you and the tunnel is the old soap factory tunnel. It goes back about 150m through the cliff. It is a very significant place to Noongar

We used to drink tinnies down there in high school and swim with the dolphins back in the 90's, now the cave is chock full of homeless people. Still a great spot!
@@rowanthefirst148 yeah it's a mess most of the time from people living in there. The original pillars in the cave were vandalised, what's there now are a re-creation of what it looked like. The dream time story says that Wagyl slept there after creating the land and the water ways. His coiled body made the pillars. Noongar wouldn't actually go near the cave itself because it scared them

Hey bud and thankyou for the support. You guys have been the best😁🤙 Been eating out of the Swan for the last 36 years with no problems with my health. Mind you I believe in growing my own food and catching my own😍 When algae blooms are on I watch where I fish and I don't eat the mussels from the Swan River if I do I'll be more towards Freo area otherwise it's been safe for me and my family😁🤙🎣🐟♥️🎥

People fishing and having a picnic there, so went to your other spot round the corner with the jetty. probably 4 or 5 people there. Chucked lures soft plastics for a while, then cast mulies for a couple of hours for a donut. Came home with sore shoulders and nothing else. But will try that first spot again, hey thats fishing i guess

Hey brother these ones I filleted the next day and cooked them. Flesh was still great. If I fish in the morning I just fillet when I get home.
