Make a to-do list at night before you sleep(try to make it short so that you can complete it) or else if it's too much you lose motivation . 2. Start by first studying easy topics/subjects and try to complete them within a limited time . When you're done with that you'll eventually feel motivated to continue study so during that time you can start hard subjects (it's ok you dont need to complete them just make sure you try to complete 1/4 of the chapter). 3. After studying you can reward yourself to watch a movie/ any shows you want . I'm not sure if it helped but I hope it did a little😊
