Salary income of father is not considered for determining the non creamy layer... Means if father is earning 10 lacs per annum under salary, then the candidate will be eligible for non creamy layer..

In kerala my family owns only 10cents of land in which my 800sq ft family house is constructed.. This is the only reason that we are not included in the ews central list.. A family who owns 5cent and a shed in it is not qualified for this reservation... Really sad to hear these news.. I lost hope that no one in our Parliament never raise voice about these injustice we are facing still from our childhood..😢

Do IAS jo crore sampatti ki maalik hai aise na jaane kitne IAS IPS IRS IFS ghum rhe hai
Agar Creamy-Layer OBC ko “parents separated” hone ke ground pe Creamy layer hone ke baad bhi reservation ka benefit mil sakta hai to ye to tradition ban gya precedent ban gya. Reservation ka benefit lene ke liye creamy layer me anne wale OBC candidate ko apne parents ko court se “divorce” ya “separation” ka decree lena ko bolna hai aur Reservation ko exploit karna hai. General candidate reservation isliye tolerate karta hai kyunki court me ye proof nahi ho pata ki OBC ka representation general ke barabar hai govt. service me lekin every reasonable person has to ask themselves ki agar aise reservation ko exploit kar sakte hai to fir to jiske liye reservation ka provision hai usko to benefit milega nahi specially now jab ye parents are separated wala formula chal rha hai. When a hindu is not allowed to do polygamy by converting his religion to muslim how can this benefit be given it is a clear exploitation of grey area it’s unconstitutional. And about her disability certificate - record show that it is not AIMS that has issued the disability certificate - on the basis of private MRI report how was she deemed a person with disability and more importantly how did UPSC overlook this fact in making her appointment. If UPSC or the tribunal has ignored the procedure established by law or reasonable procedure then it means their was a collusion or coercion or some illegal consideration was involved because without this one after another so many things cannot go un-noticed, UPSC is not incompetent - But people will lose faith in UPSC selection procedure if law will not take its course and only an attempt to make people forget about the incident would happen.
Also how can she be in probation as an IAS officer when reservation benefit in 2 categories is under investigation - because it is after designation of the post of IAS that the trainees are sent for probation and when her reservation itself is under question if it is found out that she is not entitled to reservation their is no way she can be posted as an IAS without reservation benefit so that’s another issue, why is UPSC not taking any action to cancel her probation as an IAS trainee pending the investigation of the validity of both reservation certificates. What kind of a collusion is this that even after the affidavit of income of her father and herself she is still a IAS probation officer.
