Well explained! I wondered to ask if you have done simulation of P&O for series-parallel combination of PVs in MATLAB. There we sometimes have a problem of algebraic loop error while connecting PVs in series-parallel combination specially with large number of PV modules. If you could have the answer for that and make a video a on that, I hope it'll be of great help to many people.

Yes, if the irradtion decreases then the power input to the panel decreases hence the power output decreases

It should never be -ve, I suggest you to check your model again
At 3.47 how you taken vprev,pprev and deltaD values
Delta D depends on the perturbation yoi want.
