Otto humpmachine Assuming you're playing Pearl :) Platinum means you can't get Palkia until after the league, and Diamond you cannot get Palkia at all.

Red is the ultimate trainer. The only reason anyone can beat him in the game is because he was made to be beatable whereas if he was at full strength he would annihilate anyone
