Love it guys. Dude Hand held wind meter us kiteboarders know all about them. Such a top tip throwaway comment should not go unnoticed, Stay Solid Big Love from The Windy SouthCoast of The UK.
@@Funonholiday nice 👍 glad it’s working for you guys . A watermaker is such a nice piece of gear to have . Makes you wonder how you ever got along without one.
Great video! We are planning a trip from Rodney Bay down to Tobago Cays in a month. Just wondering what time of year you were there , and why you didn’t stop for a St. Vincent anchorage along the way?
This video was in June last year (2022). We'll be around the Tobago Cays in a month. Stop by and say hello if you see Holiday. SVG still had testing requirements at that time, and we didn't feel like getting nose swabs, especially since we had spent most of the 2021 season in SVG. Looking forward to being there this year again.
Great passage. Hey it's a bit bumpy, but at least great sailing wind. Was always meaning to ask you what modifications if any did you make to your tartan? I'm asking since I think some cruisers go overboard on purchasing all kinds of equipment that is really not needed
We haven't done too much. Added solar and an auto pilot, added AIS and a dodger. Changed the boat from natural gas to propane. Can't really think of too much else. Is that what you meant? Anything specific you were thinking of?
Love your videos, thank you for sharing your adventures.
Thank you and thanks for watching!

Got to love sailing in your swim trunks , ahhhh the tropics ❤
Yeeeess! Year round down here!
@@Funonholiday Soon come. Soon come ! Hows that water maker working out for you down there?
Awesome! Run it an hour about every third day. Take long showers whenever we feel like it :)

Ahoy there Windsong! Thanks for watching!
We had Homemade soup and Homemade bread also 3:15 while watching this…!!! 😎👍👏🥳
Awesome! Today Lindy made sauteed fresh marlin over cheese grits. It was amazing! I didn't record it though:(
@@Funonholiday WOW, Yes you can’t get THAT in the stores round here. 😕😩😣
Lots of sailing in this video! I am a little concerned since I have the same wind instrument as you...
We replaced it with one just like it and back to working again. Hopefully lasts a lot longer this time!

Yeah exactly what I meant. I think you guys have shown you just have to go and do it rather than spend years rebuilding the whole boat.
Well I got my more Lindy cooking but it's not the same if I don't get to see the end product.
Ha! For some reason I didn't record anything later that evening. Maybe got into the rum! Lol
