We are blessed. My hometown has a special school that has 50/50 children with special needs and those without. They get the therapy they need while being able to interact with and witness how children without needs react to their environment. The non-special needs children learn empathy, patience and compassion. I truly hope you will find the help you need! Prayers to you, Mama. Put your trust in the Lord.

All I can offer are prayers. Our God is good and merciful. Believe in His faithfulness. I also pray for the man who commented above me. I pray his channel will be everything he hopes. God bless you all.

Dont worry momma. I am a father of 3 autistic nonverbal children all level 3. All i can say as well is one fay at a time because it is very dspressing and stressful. People have no idea what we go thru and imo parents like us are the true heros of this world that no one can see. It alienates u from friends ans famiky because none of them no how to adapt with it like us or maintain a relationshio like we do because we are strong. I have my bad days as well and i cry i will not lie. My wife is my only friend in the world. Its just us against everyone else. We have not been on a date since we had our first child with autisim. No restraunt, movies, vacation or alone time just together. Its sad really how people just dont understand. If u bare with me i will be starting a channel soon that will show what we all through and this goes for autisim, down syndrome, cerebal palsy and any other gentic disorder that affects parents. I will make it fun though. My goal is to possibly show people the struggles, the good times, and what we have to live on versus othwr families not to mention the dreams ans goals we had to throw away for our babies. I graduated with a degree in environmental science and cant even use it because i am a full time parent. I pray the channel grows so big that i can create a charity or foundation that all parents can call our charity 24/7 anytime of the day and reach someone and ask whatever ur needs are and we will help as fast as we can. Whether it be financial assistance, equipment, medical needs, advice, or whatever. That is my dream for families like ours and it might be wishful thinking, but i am going to try anyway. Please be strong momma and dont give up. I believe in you and God bless us all.

That's awesome!!! I wish you all the best & hoping I am able to run across your channel. I agree more things need to be brought to attention so those without children with disabilities can learn. I do subscribe to several family channels like that & am grateful for those learning experiences. My son had some learning challenges in elementary school & was on an IEP plan. I never thought he had any issues. He just processed thoughts differently & sees the world differently. Lastly, we may have to take custody of my husband's nephew that is a 4 y/o boy that is nonverbal autistic. We don't know much about him, his mom doesn't want him bc she doesn't know how to work with him & my husband's brother just went to jail. We really want to give this baby a chance at life & a channel giving advice on these topics will be needed.
