1. It's untrue that u cannot resign when u sign a limited contract.
U can resign after 6 months if u get a different job or the company goes against the stated conditions in the contract.
2. Also the test he talked about is only limited to six months (probation period) and the and the residency permit is started by the employer within 1st three months of entering the country.
