I've been trying to stop my girlfriend from coming to UAE especially Dubai because it's only a fantasy yet still wouldn't understand me just because some miscreant of a former boss is lying to her that she'd get pay of equivalent of GHc2500 which is a paltry AED845 locally. It's only Indians and Pakistanis that enjoy good pay here, some companies instead of them employing Africans with skills they'd rather prefer taking their own Indian, Pakistani, Bangladesh or Nepalese who know next nothing and still pay him better than you because they all speak a common language Hindi and Urdu. Filipinos would also prefer taking their own people and speaking Tagalog with them rather than an African even though they know very that English is the commonest language that connects we Africans and the Philippines yet they'd never mind you. Salaries UAE are a big scam.
