I had the same problem with introducing dark. I took 1 strand of dark and 1 strand of light through the needle and twisted them as a blender. I liked it, made it more subtle. I like your style of showing us auditions and adjustments, making it fun.
So pretty! Like spring in the foothills (when we’re not getting endless snow lol). How do you keep your selvedges from getting floppy while you work? By the time I make it 2/3 up the frame loom mine are super slack and I can’t seem to figure it out! 😅
