People have to understand how much work is put into madden ratings. They have to rate at least 50 players per team and there’s 32 teams. That’s at least 1500 players they have to rate not including free agents!

For example, somebody like stephon Gilmore who was recruited as a cb and a quarterback in high school would come into ncaa with maybe an 86 throwing power. By the time the gets to madden, that stat would drop. Maybe to an 80 cause he hasn’t done it in years. Still, if we play franchise, we could legitimately change his position and allow our team to become more versatile. Things like that is what’s madden is missing. Lyke, Patrick Peterson. Dude could have legit Been a pro bowl receiver. His route running should be a solid 80. But yeah
