.... Thanks So Much Maggie.....I was At The Ryman.... It Was Like.... A Magical Moody Party.....The Moody's Spirit's .....Seemed so Vigorous.....You And Me.....The Sentiment Of This Song Is So Universal And Truthful....Legends Having Fun......Making Magic.....And Love....
I really love that they added this song to the set list! Seems like this tune is getting tighter as the tour goes along as well. I don't think for a second there's any pre-recorded cheating going on - technology has allowed a more pure reproduction of Pindar's Chamberlain/Mellotron on Alan Hewitt's keyboards, sure - but this is a purely live performance!
Of course sampling is playing a recorded part. But this part is in this case just one note, so he still has to play the real thing. I have also mellotron samples and can play them with my keyboard.
the guitar is very good but the keyboards are like they pulled them from the record. I guess they call that sampled but it seems silly to have a guy pretending to play.
Saw the Moody Blues 3 times in the 70s and 80s, they never played you and me this is my fav song too...

I think the 16 year old me is saying 'thank you for this' somewhere back in '73!!!
Excellent video, thank you!
Great video and great shots of the guys!!!!!!! My new favourite song!!!! Thank you!!!!
Wonderful! I am still so pumped that this is in the set list!
I love this song. I'm not exactly a hippy, but their protest songs always seemed to be so positive.
Absolutely wonderful video Maggie!
This is probably the best upload of this song... many thanks... and Justin NAILED it. hehe.
Thank you so much, Maggie!
Justin has that "Wow, I can still play this after 40 years" look!
You said it buddy, why does youth have to be wasted on the young.
Great song. For those who have only seen this video, check out the original version with the triple tracked guitar runs throughout the song. Timeless!

Yahoo!
The keyboard is live. Its a sampled mellotron.
plus you're at the perfect angle there, with all the psychedelics centered right behind justin... hehe

sampled is really just recorded parts that are recalled by pressing a key. Not the same as generating them from an instrument.
Drummer needs to pull back He is playing too much ahead
