Its a perfect electric. It’s something like you launch him with an electric while he is technically still in a “standing” state. Look up kazuya pewgf on youtube for more detailed stuff. It’s pretty hard to do, will take a lot of practice
The legendary df2 into pewgf. Its EXTREMELY tough to do. When doing the pewgf, make sure that the neutral input is always 1 frame. It should be 13 fr total, but the neutral is 1fr. Practice makes perfect. Pun intended.
