- Hello everyone, I hope your day is going great so far. So I flipped this apartment a while back and when the Pets DLC came out, I just had to share where we get our 1st pet. ^_^ So I got like 5 dogs and almost 20 cats already which is why I was reluctant to get the beagle dog. TT_TT

This house is very hard to drastically change the floor plan without ruining the view, you executed it WONDERFULLY! I finished my Model Apartment and you gave me many idea’s for what I’d do with it next time! Also is it true that after you buy and sell every house you can buy them all again? Anyway, love your work ❤
Wow thank you for saying, really appreciate it. 🥰 Actually all you need to do is finish all jobs given and I would try to make them 100% complete. When all jobs are done, all houses are available to buy, flip and sell over and over again. But some houses in the jobs we take aren't available. We requested to have the laser tag house one time and developers told us that house has a lot of faulty if I'm not mistaken and couldn't be bought to flip.
I decided to get the Pet dlc because of the extras. When I saw you got a beagle puppy I thought Oh No. I love beagles but I don’t want one 😂 So I did the house clean up and thought I’d get the beagle too. I was stunned when I opened the box and saw a chocolate colored chihuahua! That’s what our real-life dog is, same color too! Her name is Chili so I named my new in-game puppy Chili too 🤗

Awww what a sweet coincidence! Make sure to check your in game laptop where the pets are. You might see beagle for adoption although it's kinda rare. If there isn't any then keep redoing the job until you get a beagle. =D Thank you so much for subscribing, means a lot. 💕
how do you get your windows to line up right next to each other? for some reason I can't, not in this place.
So I realised after a few house flipper updates, some in-game items became weird. For example, the window blinds doesn't line up perfectly anymore, for my game at least. I think it's a bug and we can report it in their discord.

I have the HGTV and the Luxury DLCs but you have a lot of items that I don’t have 🤔 How does one get all those extras?
Thank you for saying that, I really appreciate it. ^_^ If you play on pc, there're lots of workshop items on steam. You can subscribe to those items and use them as decoration for your houses in the game.

Hi Benjamin, thank you for saying that, I really appreciate it. I'll be honest, I can upload only 1 video a month cause it usually took me a month to finish a house unfortunately. But I'll try my best to upload 2 monthly, fingers crossed. As for that door, if you're playing on pc, it's available in steam workshop. Just type in glassdoor and you'll see it. ^_^

Thank you! So I don't remember what they're called but I know where they are. Go to furniture - living room - armchair. If I'm not mistaken it might be called Amma.

How do you get the half walls behind the toilets?
Hi there, if you play on pc, those walls are available in steam workshop. That's a half wall mod, it's not an in game item.
