There's millions of people that can't have children. There's very few hmong couples that can't have children. Therefore, hmong men should be blessed to be able to father a child.

Totally understand you sister. My father denied us girls as his own, but he happily accepted the 2nd wife kids- daughters from her previous marriage as his own legally. That’s too crazy how a father could denied the truth. I guess some men are just plain Stupid! At the end we disowned daughters gave him a beautiful funeral. The other half don’t even care. The problem with children coming to deadbeat parent's rescue is that it perpetuates their bad atitude and behaviors.
