There's no diaper on the monkey because the diaper would protect his "private area" from that artificial grass. That grass is stiff and prickly. The only way the monkey can avoid hurting his little place is by standing, therefore, instant "training" to walk upright!
LOVE the otter. Macaques aren't an endangered species like like the otters. If the otters kill a monkey it isn't going to make a difference because macaques are grossly overpopulated. None of these animals should be pets but monkeys should not be saved because they are so overpopulated. Not even the abandoned babies should be saved. They need to be left in the wild for nature to takes it's course instead of the humans stepping in and saving an animal that is actually a pest problem.
