That skip is about 5 frame perfect inputs to do (or more, can't remember) so it's not reasonable to do in real time, instead he pause buffers, normally pausing would bring him to a separate menu and then teleport him back to the save, but you can press ctrl-Y to open the controls rebind menu, which freezes the game while it's up, the reason we can't see the menu is because he's using window capture and the controls rebind menu pops up in a different window. Holding ctrl-Y will constantly flash the rebind menu and make the windows "ding" sound
one of the frame perfect inputs is also shooting, as shooting changes boshy's sprite and hitbox to be thinner, thin enough to be able to fit into the gap above the spike
The creator of the game SolGryn left a button when he was creating Boshy that allows to manualy freeze ganon in place. That button is number 1 on your keyboard so if ganon is low enough for you to shoot at him you just spam 1 and attack button pretty much at the same time. Hope i helped have a nice day. 😁
you need to aim the discs at Solgryn to destroy his shield so that you can proceed to phase 3. unfortunately, bbf didn't manage to deal enough damage at that cycle

Dark Boshy has bigger bullet hitboxes and bigger damage, other stuff is identical.
