Costco has organic whole Brazil Nuts very cheap. Not that I know what selenium is, but 1-nut has more selenium than the daily recommended dosage.
Selenium is a crucial mineral for our bodies, supports thyroid and cognitive function, as well as many other bodily functions. 😊
I love the Caramel premier protein. I carry it in my car and if I'm super hungry and I don't have anything to eat I'll go grab a black iced coffee (ask for a small iced coffee, but in a large cup with ice) and add the protein drink. YUM!
My surrounding costcos never have caramel 😭
I added a packet of LMNT chocolate caramel to a serving of greek yogurt. High protein, great flavor and plenty of electrolytes 😋

They have a mixed nuts in a blue package. Mix in the Korean ones. Awesome.
The Real good chicken is fabulous air-fried for orange chicken. Use 2 T sugar-free marmalade and 1 T sugar free BBQ mixed together and eat with dry fried cauliflower rice.

I like Costco because they sell a lot of bulk items, but not all the items they sell are better. Their diapers are like 37cents each but luvs at other stores are 20cents and under when on sale... But their wet wipes last ages, I'd say those are worth the price at Costco!

Myra I know you are low carb but quite a few of your viewers are keto & while Catalina Crunch maybe low carb but for those on keto, it has pea protein, potato fiber, corn fiber, tapioca flour & peanut oil. If you can’t eat ingredients in their own (peas, potatoes, corn) don’t eat it as a fiber or flour. As for peanut oil, it is not an ok keto oil. I believe this info should be mentioned as it’s misleading to keto ppl
