Every individual is the sum total of physical body, mind, emotions, skills, abilities, weaknesses, etc., and non is perfect.
In a marriage, in the give and take process, in addition to fukfilling one's own aspirations, each partner tries to support the other in their struggles. By this, both get the strength, confidence and security to tackle the struggles with the world, outside their marriage, and ultimately they in turn support and nurture a well knit family.
All this modern day idea of freedom, feminism, not wanting to care or cook for the family is nothing but irresponsible or lazy behaviour, which is not advisable. It's just appropriate that all individuals be prepared to enjoy rights and privileges according to age and status in family, at the same time, be prepared for executing their duties as per their age, all the time conscious that everything is a cycle, and we will fit into each stage eventually. But by respecting and recognising each other's situation at different stages, society will be rid of many evils, like creches, old age homes.

Associating Raja with periods of women seems a bit farfetched. Karanas do not write nor painters paint. Mali doesn't pluck flowers nor prepares garlands.
On the other hand and noticeable too, maidens were ALLOWED to loiter freely dressed in their best. Their shoes are pointed out but shouldn't it be in association with the colouring of their lips?
Methinks, Raja began with a kings diktat of holidays from work when young men and women were free to flirt and frolick.
And the king could have been none other than Kharabela taking hints from his famous inscription!

Itni bakwaas kaise kar leta hai ye 😂😂😂
