Usually they are, it just depends on where you live. You can have free shipping with Prime or other products that put you over the limit, but if you live in around the middle of the country it wont cost as much, since he lives in California. Also, you should make sure the seller is fulfilled by Amazon, otherwise you might not get the product or yoiu might get a fake.
