They might not have the education but you give them the opportunity to show their worth, and then back them and support them, priceless you have found your success in workers retention.
    PS- your method works wonderfully
    Indeed.

I worked in logging for a number of years and totally agree with Jacob in hiring "untrained" staff. Have you noticed that many millionaire's never were successful at school.

AWESOME and so true, heart, willingness and enthusiasm and not what the person looks like, often counts more than scholastic qualifications and in the end loyalty and good work ethics bring value to you and your workforce.

Luv this. The heart is mightier than the sword. This informs me that my natural qualification is important; I've been
labouring my entire life never earning much, and if some toffy nose employer doesn't Iike it then thats fine by me. My attitude limits my prospects but maintains my integrity. If I didn't like a job place I'd walk out. I've worked for about 64 different employers so far including scrub cutting, to offset dole numbers😂. They need me more than I needed them. They wanted muscle not ambition. Anyhoo, good to see putauaki in the backdrop 🙏.

Awesome. ..encouragement upon the ambitious people that are willing to train....Unlike criminalize people would never get a chance to be a cop but would a make a great cop cause they have experienced the worst side of the law. I know they will never get the chance.
