I dig the giant pants paired with the baggy life of pain shirt, but I also grew up in the 90s/00s skate era. Green cords were cool too, but I have a scar on my hip that’s 4 stripes from some wide cords I used to wear skating back in the day. For a few years I wore exclusively cords haha.
Can you and Chloe just cruise the beach with longboards to get her comfortable rolling she seems more likely to cruise on a longboarding in Venice Beach type a skater. Skating is skating! You dont always have to be a hesh skater. Just vibe❤

You should have got all of it! Think about it this way. Even if Chloe doesn't like the outfits and they drift to the back of the closet. Next time she is out of clothes on laundry day, she will come to work dressed like a skater.
I went to the skatepark a few weeks ago and saw a kid wearing the same exact outfit I wore 25 years ago. JNCO jeans, bucket hat, Vans shoes, white oversized t-shirt, and a wallet chain down to his knees. It was surreal. I didn't know what year it was for a minute.
You can solve the "fix your skater outfit puzzle" by starting from the shoes or another piece of the outfit to be the allstar. And have a couple of options in mind to swap pieces in the future so you dont get bored of the exact same fit. At least thats how i think about it
When she asked who the board was for and Aaron said "me" and she questioned that then he said "what? I'm a professional skateboarder" and she laughed and said "are you actually?", you could almost hear the hurt in his voice when he said "yeah".

I bought some incredibly rare skate shoes through zoomies a while back and they gave me some zoomies stickers... its hard... because I refuse to use them, yet refuse to throw them away. Its sticker purgatory due to my shame for shopping there. :) (I should order some braille shoes one of these days I guess!) 3:40 "Yea, sick huh?" I miss the days when there were multiple styles of Globe, Lakai, DVS, éS, Emerica, Supra, Osiris, Etnies, Fallen, Circa, DC, Vans, Ice Cream, Adio... all on the wall and the Krew corduroys and Matix sweaters on the rack... Instead of Nike, Nike, Nike, Nike, Adidas, Adidas... and Vans. Fashion has always been a big part of skateboarding culture that I love. Skating is an aesthetic thing and fashion goes hand-in-hand with that. Like dancing. Obviously, the actual act of skateboarding is most important above all... But at the same time it kind of irks me when I hear people say fashion has nothing to do with it. Skateboarding has a deep clothing tradition going back decades, with most skateshops essentially being clothing stores... many of the biggest teams and sponsorships... the most famous videos... all clothing brands. It's a tradition within skating that I like.
This is why us guys NEED to WAIT outside! Girls have all the cool stuff, it's not fair. All we wear is black T-shit and shorts. Girls have Jorts ... not cool I want Jorts too.
i usually wear baggy gothic type pants but i find it easier to just wear like cholo type shorts bec you can actually see your feet when you land tricks and see how to improve and you dont trip on your pants
There is this skate park in NC called Patton skate park it's kinda oversized and I would love to see you skate it there's just a lot of weird obstacles
