Harvesting in your garden is one of the most rewarding experiences you can have. It’s the culmination of your hard work, patience, and care-a moment when all the nurturing pays off. Each fruit, vegetable, or herb you pick is a testament to your dedication and a reminder of the incredible power of nature and growth.
You should leave the loofus. Whether they freeze or not, they will naturally dry out and you harvest them when they're Brown and dried. unless you're going to eat them.
Sooo important to take pictures! Every year, my brother takes a ton of pictures and I forget, so I'm blindly stumbling through the summer and he's on the ball 😂😂😂 learn from my mistakes lol
I want to try peanuts down here in Florida. I’m curious about the commercial industry here, commodity crops grown on the industrial scale often harbor major pests and if I grow a little crop of heirloom peanuts I might just get wiped out by whatever the large peanut farms are struggling with! I’m going to reach out to local extension and get some intel! If I do go for it, I’ll reach out to you for peanut wisdom!
@@shanniemccabe8877 shannie! Didn’t realize this was your username until you responded to me on Epic! Do you have insta? For sure reach out if you need any peanut wisdom (: they’re so fun to grow. You can always give them a try with a small patch or container to see how they fare in your environment! Hopefully the big peanut farms problems don’t encroach on you but totally valid to be worried about that
@ oh yea 🫣I’m all over the place with socials. I have TH-cam but I’m on a hiatus from Insta and FB for the forseeable future and just sticking to YT for the moment!
@ I asked around and there’s no restrictions on peanuts here, but there are on cotton, so I’ll have to register my cotton plants if I want to grow them!
@@shanniemccabe8877 ooo I haven’t tried cotton yet, but would love to this year possibly! Will have to get your tips for that (: hopefully will see more of you on TH-cam!!

When you stood by the harvest it gave perspective to how big that pile was! 😊
It was a proud moment!
Nice to see you and your garden!
Great harvest. Nice garden. That looks like Habanero Orange and Habanero Red Chilies? From Auckland NZ.
So nice🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤⚘️⚘️⚘️🌿🌿
Well you seem well! Beautiful harvest!
Beautiful
Very beautiful to see. I'm a pure vegetarian and I love eating green leafy vegetables so much 😇
There are so many varieties. The garden is very productive. Brown squash? I saw it for the first time.😊
I hope your tired voice is from having a ton of fun with your friends, and not from being unwell ❤
Just had thyroid surgery, it changed my voice a tad bit. But should go back to normal soon ❤️
Hope you’re doing well ❤
I am, thanks! ❤️

Wow! Everything looks amazing! Love the basket, is there a specific name on it?
Please make a video about anything that you're changing for next year.
Some of these videos coming!
Im in North Carolina and I’m having a hard time finding peanuts I can grow. Where did you get yours?
