Great band great music!!!
Based on what I've seen on YT, when it comes to their live shows, they definitely expand the songs out to make sure every member gets their due. A lot of highlight-worthy performances expected based on this album. And some of these songs could actually work on the dance floor - "Buena Vista" especially (which I think is their current live closer). If only Frankie Knuckles were still alive cuz he'd have a field day with that track.

I'm listening on youTube Music, bro. It's not quite 4/26 but it became available just now and totally enjoying the shit out of it. Wow...I may not be able to sleep tonight. Video games and Jazz Avengers on infinite play it is, along with the, you know...legal California herbs and I'm done for the whole night. Cheerz!!
The attire. Pink. Fashioning, almost commodification, signifying 'female' seems disngenuous marketing. These women are the finest musicians, not just in Japan. Marketing, whatever the necessity is simply a matter of being aware of the quaity of the musicianship. That is borne largely by Senri Kawaguchi, but others have followings and they are know as top musicians. Anyway. It seems unnecessary. The music speaks for itself. I saw them perform in Osaka: one of the best bands, ever. Kawaguchi has reached further levels of genius. All and every incredible musicians. Two sold out shows. Magnificent performance. Everyone in the band soared.

The music is great, I bought the album. (however the video seems to have been produced by a chauvinist, with the women dressed in all pink and the 'sexy' poses)

I like all of the songs. I am impressed with Chizu's One by One -- yes...I caught the first four chords of GIANT STEPS there. Also, the tenor solo fucking kicks ass. Holy shit. Well done. The tune is a real swinger and shows you guys can swang. I hope to see you guys perform live someday. I hope you make out to America soon.
