Will try this on kitchen floor with dents from dropping cans. Thankful for you post this. My challenge will be removing the dirt from the dents. Any suggestions?
Oh the WoodPrix scam site

What a great job. I have a small gouge in my table top and will try this! Thanks very much...Keith in Nova Scotia Canada
Thanks
Wow! Amazing results!
Thanks
This is amazing! I’m gonna give it a try
Thank you! Ok
Love it! I'm very impressed!
Thanks!👍😉💚
Awesome job! Thank you for sharing
😉👍
Thanks for the video. What is that tool called which you use to pick the wax and melt it in the dents?
Also what if the dent is deep enough to show white wood? Do you still use light colored wax?
nice, will try this on my table.
Thanks!)
My dog just danced on top of one of my coffee tables last night and embedded some nice nail marks on it. I'm going to use this method to try and fix it. Thanks for the video.
I hope this helps you)
Any updates?
Did it work ?
did it work?
I tried 900 clear with a golden oak floor gouge but it dried white, visible from across the room. It could be that clear is only applicable for dark tones, or that the scratch or gouge must be very shallow for it to be effective. I do like the method though and will retry with a matching tone.
After sanding, the white effect disappears. The white effect could be due to insufficient temperature. Heat at a higher temperature during application
Very helpful and great
Thank you!👍😉
This looks like magic!! Great work. I JUST finished sanding, staining, and poly-ing a table and then 3 huge dents shortly after.
Should I try this method even with two thing coats of water based poly?
Yes, try restoring them. Solid transparent is intended for this.
Your amazing. I hope it was that easy
Thank you!)
Hello Sir this seems much easier than using colored wax on other videos but where can I buy the transparent wax?
Would this work on really scratched up wood floors with big areas of damaged/chipped polish?
I have the same dents as you are showing probably not as deep, would this solution work on any type of wood flooring since yours seems thicker than the ones I have ?
Would this work on wire brushed engineered hard wood ?
Thank you for sharing this method do you think it will work on vinyl floors damaged by high heels?
Yes, hard wax can be used on vinyl floors.
Could I use this to fix some similar dents on a table tennis table and then spray paint over before lacquer? Thanks
If the table is wooden, then you can
Clean area, apply wax to soldering iron, use melted/melting wax to fill hole, let it dry, sand it smooth/spatual(ize) it, look results and when satisfied repaint/finish etc.
What are u using for the dark floor?
I used a similar product from Mohawk. What brand are those burn in sticks ? Cause I can’t find clear in Mohawk
Konig (Germany)
Omg amazing! Would this work for teeth marks on a white cot I’m trying to sell?
Yes, you can fix any dents
Wow, great job. Do you have a link of where to buy the wax?
Yes, the link in the description under the video
I tried the link and it was not in stock. Try this one: www.konigtouchup.com/BuyNow/hardwax.html. It looks like he used 900 Clear.
Is there something like the spatula for waxes available in the U.S.? I don't see it on Amazon US...
Yes. www.picobello-shop.us
Great video. What about a gap left by a misaligned door strike plate?
Hello! Thank you!👍😉
For cracks, you need to use hard wax of the appropriate color.
Thank you for sharing this technique. The results are fabulous! I’m wondering if you can help me understand if this technique will be appropriate for my current project. I’m planning on reoiling an old walnut furniture piece. I was hoping to fix some of the dents with this technique but is this wax process compatible with tung oil? The item doesn’t have any varnish or protective coating like that and I’d like to keep with the original oil finish. Thanks for sharing your expertise with us.
You will easily restore dents on wood with the help of transparent hard wax. The application of oil must be tested in practice
What was the material used to fill in the grooves?
Transparent hard wax
The link is to Mohawk colored wax, but you used clear wax. Where do you get that?

I had to mute it but great great great work bro
Thanks!👍 Where are you watching from?🌍😉
Hello from korea. I’m just wondering this wax is different with a candle? Can be replaceable?
it is strong and durable. he has a different composition than candles
Will this work on a smooth walnut table? When you sand it, won't it scratch the rest of the table?. I just want to fix the deep scratch not damage the rest of the finish. I would appreciate any help with this.
Hello. Do not worry. The wax does not scratch the surface. If you use a professional plastic spatula, everything will be fine. The main thing is not to grind with metal. What damage do you have?
Hi,
Last month my kids played with water in the kitchen sink I didn't clean after they played. The water dropped from sides the wooden cupboard edges are coming out now . Please give me some tips how can I repair that one.
You need to see what damage you have
Please give me the links of the products
Help I burnt my hardwood floor. What is the best thing to do? Is quite a large piece and not sure if this wax is correct.
If the damage is very large, it is necessary to fill it with a two-component putty
Good work. Would the wax come out in the future??
Thanks. The wax is strong and solid. He is Durable
Only if the wax feels comfortable coming out, it is not our right to force it to come out if it is not ready to, but to support the wax with it's choices.
@@rewindsretro1328 Seems like Dady Issues with all these insecurities. Have to have some confidence and be outgoing 😁
Is 900clear the best for most repairs? Why would anything else be required? Thanks
Numbers 900, 901, 902 are intended for dents and damage restoration on varnished surfaces.
can we use a steam mop to clean the floor later after this treatment
Yes, if its temperature is less than t 100C
What is the brand and kind of that clear wax? I can only fine tinted wax . Thanks! -Seth in Kelowna BC
It is a solid transparent wax for the restoration of furniture and wooden surfaces.
@@TheRestorer I can’t find same exact transparent wax stick online. Do you have a link ?
I need a link to buy this transparent wax too. Can’t find it anywhere
Hello.
Will the wax rise or come out of the dent after time?
Wax is strong and durable. The surface will not fall out of normal operation.
Can you apply Wipe On Poly after? Will it adhere where the wax is?
What is Wipe On Poly ?
@@TheRestorer polyurethane
Cant find the transparent wax, can you provide a link please.
It is not on Amazon (
Can I use the normal candle wax?
No, transparent hard wax is required for "KONIG" restoration
dropped a 15 lbs weight on my newly installed floor. My heart is aching. Breakup ache aint shit compare to this.
Had this exactly just happen..what did you do
Can I use this method on a painted windowsill?
Yes, you can. Degrease the surface before application
Can I email you a photo of a dark grey scratch on my floor (it’s about the same or a little darker than the plank flooring) and you advise me how to restore or repair it please?
Ok
what is that at the 1:23 mark? the spatula came after that item
I just dropped a glass water bottle on my laminated floor - darn! That's how I got here 😆
😅👍😉
Can you please film how to fix a large dent?
I wish he had a video for how to fix light surface scratches that did not penetrate the color. I have a wood surface that the topcoat got lightly scratched but is not deep and did not remove color., not sure how to take it out without harming the finish.
Same did you have any solution to this ?
Can you put polyurathane over this
Cool but most of the items you listed in the description are unavailable. Can you please link me the items that are available in the US?
Look for them somewhere else. duh
Thank you my dad want find out
Thanks!)
Can you do this on engineered wood floors too? Ran the Fridge over some and have deep gouges...don't want to replace about 10 boards
Yes, you can use it on the floor, parquet and wooden furniture
Where did you get the scraper from
I buy
@@TheRestorer buy from what store
Where can I get these tools and wax?!
Hi
amzn.to/3q9jjrp - Repair Kit
Was that a lacquer finish you put varnish over? If so, what type of varnish?
I have the same question
NC Varnish for local restoration
NC Varnish for local restoration
Does the piece of wood need to be sanded first?
No, just degrease the surface.
What damage do you have?
Can i apply stain or polyurethane over this wax?
Yes
Does that work on bamboo
I haven't tried it, I think so
How long does the wax last?
He is very strong. Wearproof

The name of wax plz
Transparent hard wax

I hope this works I got a wooden door with a scratch on it
Of course it works. The main thing is to use good restoration materials.
Do you have deep scratches?
@@TheRestorer The scratch was quite long and deep, filled it and got the door painted
What happens to the wax when you wash the floor with a warm water mop solution?
I think that it would be better to do the other method and that is putting a wet cloth over the dent and then use a steam iron on it to lift the dented part up.. no wax needed..
Nothing happens. The wax is resistant to use. It will melt if the water has a temperature of more than 100 degrees
Can’t you show the same repair on the edge/corner of the table??
You can also do on the edge th-cam.com/video/uMN3HyRqsSA/w-d-xo.html
I did the same with Woodglut :)
Ok
Yep. Fix your floors, then sell the place. When they clean the floors, jokes on them. Terrible long time repair.
Ok
Not a few nice thing to do to another person.
Will this work on hardwood floors?
Yes, it is also suitable for floor and parquet

I have a few very deep dents and a few smaller dents on my hardwood floor after a couch with a metal bottom was dragged across it! Several things have been tried and nothing worked. It now has 3 coats of clear varathane gloss on it and the dents look worse. How can I fill them in and make the dents look less obvious?
Thx, 🤞
