Strange Tales Annual #2 (Dramatic Reading)

Surprised? Confused?
You might have been expecting Issue #5 to be next on the list, however, I didn't want to stick strictly to The Amazing Spider-Man (1963) run only. I like to adapt certain other appearances of the Web-Head if I feel it is deserving and warranted. And Strange Tales Annual #2 is no exception.
One thing about Spider-Man, is that later on in the series, he has a close friendship with the Human Torch, and that seems to go as far back as these early issues where they both seem to have a rivalry going on. This issue not only features and stars the two dynamic Marvel heroes together, but it also marks the first appearance of them meeting together at the Statue of Liberty! So I thought that this issue was special in developing the relationship of the two heroes, despite their bickering!
Although the story itself is subpar in my opinion, the interactions between Spidey and the Torch are what really makes this issue entertaining and I just couldn't find it in myself to skip over it.
But don't worry, the next Issue on my list will be Issue #5 this time!
Promise.
Also, we need to start a petition to get The Fox in the MCU! Who's with me?

The fox would return in Spiderman Unlimited No. 5 decades later. A ex-con, no longer with his status and now behind the times, he sought revenge on Spidy and Tourchy, only naturally to fail again. The two heroes realize they could fall into the same trap as the Fox if they let themselves stew in their own misery.

Don’t most “Motion Comics” have some limited animation to them ala the Watchmen Motion Comic or the Death of Ultimate Spider-Man one? Myself I don’t have any problem with the term “Audio Comic Readings” but whatever you feel like Nathan.

There should be a Spider-Man anime. Make it take place in the 60s have some of the social issues reflect to what’s going on now. It isn’t that hard. But I guess people are lazy.
