If there is an upgrade to this bike, I hope it has the following :-
[Most Important]
1. Add New 250cc Engine. (From Pulsar N250/F250)
2. Add Dual Disc ABS (Both Rear & Front)
[Important]
3. Upgrade the Bikes' Design, basically with a better looking tail light, sloped rear fender, higher positioned fuel tank & Better Seat Design while maintaining comfort for both rider & pillion.
4. Keep the wheelbase, ground clearance, handling & suspension quality the same. Bajaj Avenger has always been excellent in these since the beginning.
[Optional]
5. Add USD Forks (Optional).
6. Add Better Looking tyres for Front 110/75-17 and Rear 140/85-15 Wheels. (Optional) This will keep the sidewall height very similar to the current model but with wider looks in comparison.
7. Upgrade Speedometer Design by adding RPM Meter, Gear Indicators, Bluetooth, GPS, etc. (Optional).
8. Chromed Alloy Wheels for Cruise 250 that can fit tubeless tyres.
9. Dual SIde-Indicators ( Hazard Lights ) & Improved Exhaust Sound. (Optional)

Finally..... The last sold price of this bike BS4 model was 1.26 lakhs,on road Chennai. Now the same bike without any mechanical update,in BS7 version launched with a 50k price hike.

I owned the 2016 model of the Avenger Street 220 and I still miss that bike. Owned it for 3 years and never had an issue with it other than the normal wear and tear. A womderful bike except for the hilarious windshield (for show) and the new graphics. I feel Bajaj could've done better in this case. Sadly there is no mechanical update but the engine with surely be much smoother. I have used my Street 220 for city and long rides and it is very comfortable.

Bring the 250CC and 400CC versions of Avenger.
Dual channel ABS.
Tubeless tyres.
LED headlamps and LED turn indicators with hazard flasher option.
Blue backlit instrument cluster with navigation and BT features
Touring features like mobile phone mount holder and usb charging.
I would have got the TVS ronin of it was a more refined engine and comfortable for touring.

Ronin is not refined. It has vibes from midrange upwards which is sad for Highway touring and that bike looks tiny
TVS Bikes are extremely stylish but i dnt know why TVS is obsessed with making thier bikes tiny. They look like toys on the road when a medium tall guy rides em (5.8'' to 6ft).
TVS should up their game by getting out of the mentality that Indians are dwarfs. India has become very diverse in terms of height there are so many tall people in the current generation and honestly TVS bikes feel small and uncomfortable. It sucks bcz those bikes are attractive and paced with features.
This is one of the main reasons I skipped the RTR 200 4V and went with 200ns. But now i like the NS more while riding, power difference I feel it, I dont miss the features thanks to my phone mount.
But seriously |if the RTR were a bit bigger in size and wouldn't look comically small on me while providing good comfort and room for my thighs and feet, i would have gone for it.
This is why the RTR 200 4v is skipped by many tall guys. And 160 4v sells more bcz college students go for it as they are relatively smaller and younger (they wont mind a cramped position for to-fro from college-home, they cant afford the 200 4v and the 160 produces best ion segment power, while the 200 4v is way behind in the segment.
Hope TVS changes approach to dimensions and performance.
