Wow! First of all, I love blue and yellow together. 2nd, you really achieved some gorgeous swirls and cells almost by accident if I understood what you were saying. I love your esthetic. I don't know what a Ukranian flag looks like. But, I was thinking, it would look really cool if you had a solid map of the country of Ukraine to superimpose on the painting. You know, kinda like a template of the country you could paint on there? Not sure if this is a surprise gift or you are getting input from the person you are giving it to. But I think the recipient is going to love your gift and heart.

Thanks. My art is absolutely gravity and luck. I like painting flags because they're largely big blocks of color that you can take some artistic liberties with. I don't tend to do a whole ton of embellishment because I'm subpar with a brush and don't want to risk messing up the pretty. I gave this to my coworker for Christmas. It's currently living on a shelf over her television.
