Great video - many thanks . Spent many happy years in Rainham . Can remember catching tadpoles in the chalk pits ; climbing the old cement towers / buildings ; crabbing ; digging for lugworms and ragworms on the mudflats . Even used to jog around motney hill to otterham quay - then back home .
Hiya mate,my names lee.....moved to rainham about two and a half years ago....the start of your video, your filming...at what looks like a disused tunnel....where about is that, for the life of me ...cant figure it out,is that in the chalk pitts???
Hi, Barry Edwards here originally from Gillingham, artist now living in Ireland 🇮🇪 for over 30 years. I used to sketch at Motney Hill and Sharps Green. Interesting video, some areas I couldn't recall. I know beringrave Lane not sure if that's correct spelling. I'm visiting soon, if I join the seawall walk at Gads Hill will I be on your video wall?
@@ukgraffitiwalker8846 Hi, sorry I meant I will be walking your video walk, where you made it and if I join at bottom of Gads Hill and follow from there will I see same sights, it’s been a while since I was there
@@fingerz6983 Much to my parents dismay I used to hang around with a kid called Sam birch. I was hanging out at Sam's house one time listening to hip hop,Tom came round and started schooling Sam, and doing freestyle rap, and mocking him for not knowing enough about hip hop, or any artists involved. It was brutal, but very impressive in terms of Tom's knowledge! I remember you on a B.M.X hoping off platform 1 London bound at Rainham station, riding along the train tracks and going towards the level crossing. It must of been 33 years ago or so.

It's by the allotments and nature reserve parking space the stables are opposite. Lower Rainham road.
Just seen more footage, have a painting still which was done at your fishing spot
