Very nice bus station, but I do think the people who hang around outside it aren't very welcoming - especially to tourists. Smoking, drinking, and the occasional smell of cannabis is always there. Also, a few windows need to be replaced if possible - as I've noticed the Stand A and Stand E's windows have been smashed for a while now. However, I'm glad they're changing Stoke a step at a time. :D
No matter what people say, this bus station is miles better than the old one across the road.

I found it easier to read the stands as numbers not letters.

Very nice bus station but I do feel like you could of revived the old one and use the extra money on other stuff
