Yes many of the items have multiple amounts based on quality of ingredients i.e. snake eggs make 1 clump of dough where as dragon eggs make 28 clumps of dough, i didn't find any specific things that you need a dragon egg specifically for that you would need to save them for and they can be foraged so not hard to get. best tip for these: Go to abysmal sea and do the FREE skill up quests for most skills, that take you to skill 54 and at the end it teaches you how to craft the taelosian craft items like mountain wheat, the ore, the gems etc and it gets you ready to start the trophy quests and most of the "side items like grilling sauce the trivial is 54 so if you do the freebie quest you get to 54 so you can make the veg oil then the grilling sauce. you can make a 4 at a time too 4 vegies + 4 water = 4 vegie oil so faster to make but the trivial is 104. Another good idea is have a mule for each craft type (baking, poison, smithing etc) so when you make the trophy, send all the random drop parts to a baking mule to hold all your drop extras so you don't have to farm next time just parcel the parts to whoever is making the trophy this time.
