When he retired Peyton Manning became my favorite player and when he decided to play for the Broncos, I was beyond ecstatic. When he retired, guess what? Russell took that mantle. Broncos had Russ in for practice in the 2012 season, and it is quite likely that if our Manning deal had not happened that he would have been that QB drafted to give Tebow competition.
