On another note guys, if I can suggest an exercise in particular to focus on a lot in the gym, it's barbell squats. Choose a weight you can do about 10 to 15 reps with and try that for 4 or 5 sets. I've been doing this 3 nights a week. Now, I imagine most people already do this in the gym since it's quite a well-known exercise, but it amplifies the benefits of semen retention while also making it much less tempting to masturbate. Going down each time feels literally strengthening for your balls somehow. It's something that's helped me a lot this year.
