I bought a shop at VJ Happiness Street. They took the token money and on the day of launch it was ROADIES like environment since morning 6 am. I was among first 3 people in the queue after waiting for 5 hours finally that moment come when I was expected to book the unit. The ground floor units were launched at 1.5 cr without GST which was way beyond my budget and hence I was backing off but their sales team tricked me and managed to sell me the first floor shop. In the evening I went to cancel the unit but I was refused. Breach of the trust was when after 1 year finally when we got the possession we were shocked to see that its a office space sold to us by calling it a commercial space. The space was sold for 80 lac and now the situation is that it is turning into GHOST mall. Builder promised to provide a 15000 sqft Gym but he changed the plan and reduced the size. Also, the multiplex deal he has not been able to execute so far. Those who think VJ is a trust worthy brand rethink.
