Perhaps you haven’t watched the full video. Recently, MahaRERA itself advised buyers to conduct their own due diligence before investing-essentially washing its hands of any responsibility. Secondly, if a builder declares bankruptcy, how many times can a helpless buyer keep running from one court date to another, facing endless Tarikh pe Tarikh? Wouldn’t it be wiser for buyers to stay cautious from the beginning, protecting their finances, mental well-being, and avoiding unnecessary emotional distress? This is absolutely correct but it gives lesson. That common man must upgrade themselves physically and mentally. Yes it is duty of all authority but now we corruption is at extreme now then too common always choose easy way just because they want the product but can't have patience to study 360 degree and hold their hard earned money and make habit to say no for investment. But common gets impress with fake promises and cheater knows that common man wants effort less output. As per Real Estate market Experience … Initially, that kind of projects are sold on lowest rates than market that competitors can not match.. insurance companies needs to design product over real estate project completion hope hudco rera doesnt consider project completion of any project as chit funds unlesss any of below stake holders are involved local govt, spv, banks, local goon for any project to get sanctioned and run operationally banks need to provide funds RBI can ask that respective banks to be underwriter for those project incase of it comes halt Hope other top 10 GDP countries wont be facing such issue The builder does not have capital to run entire project, he is like the chief of the Chandrayan mission, captain of the team, many such builders are killed over many disputes and those cases are not piblished in media nor presented in court

Project having Maharera No. is not the only criteria to blindly buy any property of any builder... It's just one of the factors. Who is this builder? What's his legacy, What's his background and past history ? How many projects made earlier and whether they were delivered on time? What's the construction quality of delivered projects? What's the credibility of builder in the market?? If Buyer is not putting efforts to check all this before booking, then blaming govt and Rera is not right It's your Hard earned money. You have put so much of hardwork and sacrifice to earn this big amount of money. Shouldn't you take little pains and efforts to check builders background before paying big amounts of money. Definitely builder is at fault and breached trust of buyer's but it's we who gave him an opportunity to put us in this Deep trouble without checking his background Always go with known and trust worthy builder.
