That MIGHT be wrong and I’m just misremembering things but I swear I heard that. So yeah Shaggy clears Lebron. 2. Between Bugs and Superman it’s quite honestly a tie. Bugs Toonforce is cataclysmically strong, but superman has villains who can break the 4th wall and have abilities similar to if not equal to bugs bunny. Take Mxyzptlk, he is able to transform reality into whatever he wants with a snap of his fingers, and while he often only does this to toy around with superman he has actually gone 1v1 with him before. So realistically those 2 are quite even.
I think the major difference between Superman and Bugs can be easily explained by one of the DC/Looney Tunes crossovers. Bugs ended up being abducted by the Legion of Superheroes and brought to the future in Superboy's place, and while he helped them eventually, he was also able to incapacitate multiple members of the team, including Ultra Boy, who is a metahuman on par with a Kryptonian, only for Ultra Boy to get the same kind of double talk treatment that he usually saves for Daffy. And he fell for it.
I feel like you've really REALLY low balled Steven here. And with his Pink Form the guy is able to see people like Garnet and Bismuth in slow motion despite the fact that they can block beams of light.

After rewatching old Tom and Jerry and some looney tunes ,from my experience at least toonforce seems to be something that’s in favor of the prey against the hunter ,the reason bugs did all that and survived and almost won eveytime is that he mostly is the prey to others like Elmer taz etc ,but in rare cases like rhapsody rabbit ,he isn’t the prey ,but acts more like a hunter ,and so in that one short ,he actually lost and got exhausted(also when a character like Jerry for example gets too ignorant and abuse thier “toonforce” they seem to lose it)
Toon force runs on a “just desserts” clause It doesn’t matter how you spin it, if you deserve to lose or if it would be funny for you to lose, you will It is why I think the question of Bugs v Superman depends on one thing and one thing only. Which Superman? A more angsty version is sorta a coinflip if they will have Bugs beat this impossible foe or do a gag of him running away for a whole episode while hitting Supes with kryptonite frying pans But Supes as his classic icon of heroism self? @@44SteveYT Yes, he can manipulate reality and is immortal. However, not only has Superman outwitted reality warping tricksters before but You aren’t even considering the unsaid rules of Toon Force. Rules even Bugs is vulnerable to that cause the king to temporarily lose his ground and end up on the receiving end of slapstick Within that, if Bugs goes up against a Superman who serves as the icon he was originally, a Superman who’s vestige is one of hope and the best humanity has to offer, Bugs could never do anything to beat him because doing that would inherently make Bugs a bad guy. In a game of comedy, the bad guy is the loser. Bugs killing Superman would be an unhappy ending because of what a peak written Superman stands for, thus even if he outmatches Superman his ability to win will entirely depend on how much of an icon that version of Superman is This is all, of course, assuming Bugs CAN kill a non-toon while keeping it comical because comedy is the key to a fun lord’s powerset

He literally cannot die.
This is a really good video, a few things however; you forgot to mention that Stripe can multiply and create town levels of gremlins just by getting wet, the Jason they use in multiversus is a human based off the human tag they give him, so I’m not sure if you should be counting his zombie feats but his move set has countless references to what he does as a zombie so I’m not even sure, and lastly, Superman should be at #1 since at this point, every mainline Superman is canon therefore every crazy feat he does counts! Bugs’ toonforce is crazy at around universal or higher, but Superman has displayed many multiversal+ feats that can even go way beyond that, based off stats alone Superman should be at #1. I'm also not a huge fan of toon force when being factored into fights and abilities, as it implies it's some sort of force that can be consciously tapped into. Rather, it's a double-edged sword that runs off of Rule of Funny, subverting expectations, and karma. Could Bugs Bunny saw off the entirety of Florida? Only if it's funny, but then he'll have the entire U.S. army on his tail, having him running for dear life. And in the short where he snapped the animator's brush, he was still being tormented by the animator all throughout. His tormentor? Elmer Fudd. Again, Rule of Funny and by extension toon force as a whole is a double-edged sword whose power comes with a tiny yet significant Comic Sans asterisk.
Considering he ranked shaggy super low just because his powers are based off memes And he straight up said he barely watched Steven universe, nor did he watch space jam
@@ultradeathboy I mean yeah. Meme power isn't actual canon power. In fact he should have ranked Shaggy lower because the only reason he beat the bikers is because he got hit with a rock that made him lose his fear.
Shaggy might be higher taking into consideration that in the multiversus lore he eats a thing that granted him his super powers. (He ate it because he thought it was a candy of sorts)
Keep in mind that Reindog was the sole survivor of 'The Nothing' a supposed multiversal level threat that caused Reindog to gather fighters as strong as superman in the first place.
Now, when he was ranking shaggy he was mainly thinking of the original cartoons. But in multiversus his lore is slightly different... He is super saiyan and can beat most of the roster with 2% of his power, even with film theorys video he's still powerful enough to bear bigger threats. Of course unkillable characters like jason isn't fair competion but him being super saiyan is now canon, so overall shaggy deserves number 3# or higher if we're are going off this version...
I know this video is a bit outdated, since more characters have come to the game anyways. But tbh, Finn could probably go down a notch or two. His Orgalorg feat is significant, but that was with the grass sword. And since you clarified you were using the MultiVersus-base forms of each character, Finn lacks the grass sword since 1) he has no cosmetics WITH the grass sword and 2) Fern is an entirely separate character, meaning they were both drawn into the MultiVersus canon post-Finn losing the grass sword and it becoming Fern. So his attack capability is lower than planetary.
Putting shaggy above lebron James is WILD, one is a professional athlete for years, who has managed to stay in one of the highest levels of physically into his forties, and shaggy is literally some skinny dude
Jason vs Steven is a matchup i think is surprisingly close but i do think Steve could maybe knock Jason out and bubble him somewhere is my guess for how Steven overcomes Jadon Vorehees
Since nobody has done so yet here's my analysis of Agent Smith, coming as a pretty big matrix fan: Top 10 for sure, scales around the same area as batman. Assuming he has full access to his matrix powers (Like he does in MVS), things get pretty bonkers; He can duplicate himself infinitely, ignore gravity, freeze time, and easily punch trough concrete. Smith essentially has complete control over the world around him, which makes sense given that he's an AI tasked with removing threats to the simulated matrix world. For his ranking, i think the same level as Batman is fair. Theyre both hyper intelligent, master martial artists, and can keep up with light-speed opponents. While smith lacks a lot of attack potency, he's pretty much unkillable, the inverse of batman who has a very high attack power but is still very mortal. Jason doesnt have anything to counter planetary-level opponents, which is why hes not any higher on this list. This is my analysis at least, if you have any questions let me know!
@@TheIdiotFr0102Young Steven knocked dazed Yellow with his shield, who's equal to Blue who basically bodied the gems. His shield is also blocking like 90% of the characters in this game without difficulty
This was a fun idea for a video. I think it would be cool to make another one in maybe a year or make it a yearly thing (if MVS lasts that long). I had a feeling the top 2 would be Bugs and Superman. I definitely recommend checking out the Matrix. It's a great movie.
A few things I'd change, do to the fact you said its the versions used Shaggy is definitely top 3 and LeBron. Steven is incredibly biased being below Jason is insane. Iron Giant should alsos be farther up. Batman is also way too high. Toon force is rather good and putting them higher would be a good idea. So this is my ranking. #26 Gizmo #25 Banana Guard #24 Velma #23 Stripe #22 Harley Quinn #21 Joker #20 Reindog #19 Jason Vorhees #18 Morty Smith #17 Batman (That was insane takes) #16 Arya Stark (Copy abilities) #15 The Iron Giant #14 Garnet #13 Finn the Human #12 Steven Universe #11 Jake the Dog #10 LeBron James #9 Rick Sanchez #8 Tom & Jerry #7 Marvin the Martian #6 Wonder Woman #5 Black Adam #4 Taz #3 Superman #2 Shaggy Rogers #1 Bugs Bunny
I think you are right about Rick where could be the ones above him. It is also hard to say since his character is literally about pulling things out of his ass. His tech is basically magic at times where he can solve problems cause he conveniently create something to do so out of scraps.
Ok, a few things, putting Jake so far above Finn makes no sense since it was shown that they have relativity to each other in Who Would Win and Together Again Also if Steven is at all relative to Lapis (I'm not sure since I haven't gotten that far in the show yet) that would put him right behind Finn at Multi Continental, since Lapis was able to lift all of Earth's oceans into the sky, as well as flying to Homeworld in an implied short period of time. Also also, putting Batman above Finn for "beating up guys who can lift 15 tons" is crazy. And ain't no way does Bugs have any Outerversal or Immeasurable feats that put him above Superman and Wonder Woman
Finn should be star level to higher since he no sell a 4d black hole while kid Steven does scale to Conti and multi Conti but does not compare to Finn universal to multi scaling
I mean bugs is also a genius considering that time he tricked Elmer Fudd to essentially digging his own grave. He’ll in the looney tunes show he invented a Time Machine if I remember correctly. Also if we are going to count superbly prime punching a hole in reality bugs breaking the 4th wall would count then too.
I would put Harley between Lebron and Shaggy TBH and she CANNOT compete with Batman and Nightwing, they both take her down in one motion, as you can see in the Arkham games (SSKTJL is not cannon)
the main thing about Toon Force is that the whole point of it is to be funny. These characters can do LITERALLY anything... as long as it's funny. Because of this anyone smart enough that also knows what toon force is could THEORETICALLY beat a toon force user. However for the same reason, a toon force user could never PERMANENTLY die, only be incapacitated or temporarily dead. cuz you cant exactly be funny if you are dead never to return
If Popeye ever gets added he can surpass Bugs. He has beaten up his animator, survived god turning off the universe like it was no big deal, and in a different time came back from being erased into nothing (by somehow eating a can of spinach while he was nothing).
Finn and jake are implied to be relative in terms of combat Also putting finn under morty and batman is craazy Also you underestimate iron giant by alot I don't wanna be all negative so i will remember to say that this was still an excellent video
I'd def move steven up more considering theres more powers that were not listed, like his ability to change his own form ( example: he turns into a giant kaiju once his mental state was at its absolute lowest ), he's able to shatter gems with his own shield, and he has an increased power stats I'd say he's around finn, if not same tier, maybe like 1 tier before
My guy you've never seen the matrix. It's kickass check it out for sure. Agent Smith is a program who can warp the artificial reality of the matrix at will as he's part of the system
You did shaggy dirty. The shaggy that’s used in-game is the meme version. So the meme version would be his canon power. He would one of the strongest, if not the strongest in the game.

Captain Marvel is Marvel not DC and Warner Bros has access to DC so that’s why they probably haven’t and won’t use them but Shazam might come
@@ERROR5600 captain marvel is shazam, marvel stole the name and dc cant use it as a title do to Trademark reasons.

you could say it’s LOONY
It’s Surprising that we still haven’t gotten Robin or any the Teen Titans.
After rewatching old Tom and Jerry and some looney tunes ,from my experience at least toonforce seems to be something that’s in favor of the prey against the hunter ,the reason bugs did all that and survived and almost won eveytime is that he mostly is the prey to others like Elmer taz etc ,but in rare cases like rhapsody rabbit ,he isn’t the prey ,but acts more like a hunter ,and so in that one short ,he actually lost and got exhausted(also when a character like Jerry for example gets too ignorant and abuse thier “toonforce” they seem to lose it)
Toon force runs on a “just desserts” clause
It doesn’t matter how you spin it, if you deserve to lose or if it would be funny for you to lose, you will
It is why I think the question of Bugs v Superman depends on one thing and one thing only. Which Superman? A more angsty version is sorta a coinflip if they will have Bugs beat this impossible foe or do a gag of him running away for a whole episode while hitting Supes with kryptonite frying pans
But Supes as his classic icon of heroism self? That Superman would win 9/10 times because how can you spit in the eye of the world’s greatest hero and be considered the just party?

You aren’t even considering the unsaid rules of Toon Force. Rules even Bugs is vulnerable to that cause the king to temporarily lose his ground and end up on the receiving end of slapstick
Within that, if Bugs goes up against a Superman who serves as the icon he was originally, a Superman who’s vestige is one of hope and the best humanity has to offer, Bugs could never do anything to beat him because doing that would inherently make Bugs a bad guy.
In a game of comedy, the bad guy is the loser. Bugs killing Superman would be an unhappy ending because of what a peak written Superman stands for, thus even if he outmatches Superman his ability to win will entirely depend on how much of an icon that version of Superman is
This is all, of course, assuming Bugs CAN kill a non-toon while keeping it comical because comedy is the key to a fun lord’s powerset
I can picture Rick preparing a device or enhancement that gives him the toon force to fight other toons, or even take it away entirely, leaving them average human level.

Tom and Jerry actually have a constellation feat similar to Martin. In Tom and Jerry Tales episode Cat Nebula the episode ends with Tom and Jerry blowing up in space turning into constellations where they are still alive and Tom continues to chase Jerry through space. No idea how to calc that though.
I love how annoying he sounds when saying Bugs is at the top spot. That's how it feels each time a Comic Book fan brings up Superman and his thousands of accomplishments across the decades.
Banana guards getting in before Marceline is actually absurd
My thoughts exactly
@@KindaSubpar you'd think we would at least get her or ice king (mostly her because she has so many cool abilities) 😔 but amazing video just the reminder of the banana guard being in the game...man that hit different

Note:
Garnet has Future Vision and also has been seen generating electricity.
The iron giant survived the nuke at the end. He was pulling himself back together. But he did get KO'd I guess.
The way Steven would dog walk Jason Voorhees yeah you undersold him hard
I agree with the Steven Universe placement, if he used all his potential, he could easily be in the top 5, however, he won't, he'll only use the minimum power necessary to just beat the enemy without killing them, so yes, he would struggle against an unstoppable assassin's like Jason Bourhees
Lets not forget Harley has a healing factor
I just love the fact that Multiversus gives us all these characters with crazy cartoony feats and also we can play as Lebron James
Makes sense that Bugs Bunny is number one because Toon Force is one of the most op powers ever and Bugs Bunny is really good at using Toon Force and he’s been using it for a long time
Edit seriously almost any character with Toon Force can solo all of fiction
Just an addition, Iron Giant survived the nuke without injury only blowing him apart like the train did
Doesn’t Superman in the comics canonically have “unlimited power” thereby making him even stronger than toon force and by extension Bugs Bunny?
If he did have “unlimited power” why when he turns evil he almost always loses

unlimited power doesnt mean he has certain powers.
Yeah "toon force" Is simply exaggerated since most of them are universe level threats at best

13:12 by that logic joker is number 1 because of batman who laughs, and steven solo’s because someone’s fanfic had him become god
Check out the Superman vs Goku death battle 3 for more :)

Agent smith assuming that he’s basically just as powerful outside of the matrix is gonna put him in the top 10 easily
Iron giant litearly survived the nuke at the end of the movie, does this guy not do resesrch before making his videos lmao
Considering he ranked shaggy super low just because his powers are based off memes
And he straight up said he barely watched Steven universe, nor did he watch space jam
Honestly, the whole "ultra instinct Shaggy" thing feels more like "honey badger confidence" than actual strength
Yes the list we needed
Now hold on a second, Jason ain’t beating Steven

A few things I'd change, do to the fact you said its the versions used Shaggy is definitely top 3 and LeBron. Steven is incredibly biased being below Jason is insane. Iron Giant should alsos be farther up. Batman is also way too high. Toon force is rather good and putting them higher would be a good idea. So this is my ranking.

#10 LeBron James
#9 Rick Sanchez
#8 Tom & Jerry
#7 Marvin the Martian
#6 Wonder Woman
#5 Black Adam
#4 Taz
#3 Superman
#2 Shaggy Rogers
#1 Bugs Bunny
Bugs has all of Superman's Abilities minus their weaknesses. Him being number one makes perfect sence.
Rick deserves the #2 spot, bro can just straight up delete everyone if wanted
I think you are right about Rick where could be the ones above him. It is also hard to say since his character is literally about pulling things out of his ass. His tech is basically magic at times where he can solve problems cause he conveniently create something to do so out of scraps.
Ok, a few things, putting Jake so far above Finn makes no sense since it was shown that they have relativity to each other in Who Would Win and Together Again
Also if Steven is at all relative to Lapis (I'm not sure since I haven't gotten that far in the show yet) that would put him right behind Finn at Multi Continental, since Lapis was able to lift all of Earth's oceans into the sky, as well as flying to Homeworld in an implied short period of time.
Now I want to see a death battle between Rick and Bugs Bunny
There's this thing where certain characters know how to deal with toon force to an extent so I think rick would definitely know what to do
I would put Harley between Lebron and Shaggy TBH and she CANNOT compete with Batman and Nightwing, they both take her down in one motion, as you can see in the Arkham games (SSKTJL is not cannon)
I like how batman can beat iron giant that took a nuke that only put him in pieces then he brought himself back together after it
The Iron Giant can also regenerate.
>Finn is planetary, lower then batman
>Batman's only feats are multi city block
the main thing about Toon Force is that the whole point of it is to be funny.
I could see why Finn could be at 12 but I think he deserves at least top 10 tho-
Finn and jake are implied to be relative in terms of combat
Also putting finn under morty and batman is craazy
Also you underestimate iron giant by alot
I don't wanna be all negative so i will remember to say that this was still an excellent video
I'd def move steven up more considering theres more powers that were not listed, like his ability to change his own form ( example: he turns into a giant kaiju once his mental state was at its absolute lowest ), he's able to shatter gems with his own shield, and he has an increased power stats
I'd say he's around finn, if not same tier, maybe like 1 tier before
My guy you've never seen the matrix. It's kickass check it out for sure. Agent Smith is a program who can warp the artificial reality of the matrix at will as he's part of the system
LMAO yea I’ve seen bits of the first movie when I was younger
I’m sure I’ll watch at least the first movie eventually
You did shaggy dirty. The shaggy that’s used in-game is the meme version. So the meme version would be his canon power. He would one of the strongest, if not the strongest in the game.
Why the HELL is shaggy that low
Steven so low? Never let that man cook again
The only way to fight toonforce is with toonforce. Bugs trying to cut the rope and the gorilla just yanking the other mountain closer comes to mind.
