I’ve always admired the Rokon machines.very well designed and built for just about anything you can throw in front of it. Thanks Sr. For the great video.
It will do 30-33 mph newer ones even faster. This oldest model has 3 gears. He was mostly in first. *** oh PS, WRT Bigfoot, Sabe, sasquatch, they've been clocked at over 45 mph. If you are clueless about these beings, go to "How to hunt" on tube. Testimonies from military, scientists. Park rangers, state police, loggers. THOUSANDS of people around the world. Many give their name, occupation etc. MOST are under a gag order.... THEN they retire! So, before you open your !mouth with an empty Opinion and prove your ignorance - go to "How to Hunt," watch for 3 months. You will have a completely different outlook. I've had first hand encounters. So nothing you can say....
Fill the hollow rear wheel with petrol, the front with drinking water & go for days and days. Put all of your packable goods on backpack frames for on the way out so the rack can be utilized to pack out your elk! We had a yellow one nearly identical to that one except my dad fab'd a larger/beefier rack for front that came in super handy!
Truly neat, and all around useful bike. I had never even heard of Rokon, before I started watching your channel. So many good things in my life have happened, motorcycle wise, since I discovered yall's 2 channels, and found out about y'all.
Wicked cool bikes in their own right. For 5 or 6 years I used to ride/drive one that was chained to a tree behind a house on rt119 in MA and always thought I should stop and knock on the door and see if they would sell it. 2 or 3 times a week I'd see it. Then one day I didn't see it and declared myself a stupid ass. LOL
Very cool! I enjoyed seeing the demo up the hill. I saw one of these in a barn a long time ago, and had a basic understanding of what the bike was about, but never even seen a video of one in action. Eric in NC
I'd look like a proper hooligan if got seen riding around on that badboy. That's a little minter, I bet it pulls harder than your 500 cr 😉 funny watching you rip that SLOPE apart, it only took half an hour.. not being a killer, sounds like a 1/5rc car. Haha. You always impress Kaplan.
I know low psi is good but the front maybe a little too low. You can tell going up the hill how well geared it is for torque. Engine didnt even struggle on that crazy hill. Very cool!
NOTE TO ROKON, you could probably reduce the msrp SIGNIFICANTLY if you got the hell out of the maximus taximus New England!! Never mind astronomical cost of living!!! I grew up there, i lived there, i know. Beautiful! I agree. But i will NEVER live there again.
Your about as ignorant as they come. I'm not going to justify by telling you what they can really do. To be honest, I've NEVER seen a video that represents more than 10% of their capabilities. This, is yet another lame demonstration.
Hey!!! Captain America What's the problem Duuuude???... This is the first video when you didn't do any 3rd-4th gear wheelies up & down the driveway.... 🤣😭😂I guess it would be kinda hard to wheelie a 2 wheel TRACTOR. Love your work man, keep it up, 🦸
Hands down you got the best motorcycle channel on youtube dude!! Harleys, CR 500's and this thing now. You put a lot of work into all this thank you man!
Honestly many might not think about this but I got mad respect for an owner well off....that also takes these bikes he's never been on and puts them thru the ringer. Sometimes on a daily basis.
man, when i seen it fall on its face up that one hill an i seen you dive off it to grab er, thats the first time ive ever seen you almost loose it on ANYTHING lol, they really do need that low low first gear lol, the will climb a tree if you hit it in powerband lol, Thanks again Kap for this treasure to check out, stay blessed Mr Kaplan !
Only OG once. I prefer original patina.
I’ve always admired the Rokon machines.very well designed and built for just about anything you can throw in front of it. Thanks Sr. For the great video.
Our pleasure!
I imagine him trying to outrun Bigfoot in the middle of nowhere, engine screaming, still going 3mph, LOL.

It's all about torque.

Need some air in that front tire!
For when you want to hill climb at your own pace.
I laugh every time he tells me it will rip my house off the foundation. But this one was the funniest.

Glad you like them!

I've worked on several Rokons and the old 2 stroke ones are definitely the coolest. Still super clunky though.

Imagine rescuing a broke down Polaris on the Hatfield McCoy trails on this thing! Lol!
These are a prospectors and rockhounds dream if you’ve ever used a tot-goat you’ll understand what a great little machine these are!
Amigo soy tu fans número 1 , saludos desde Argentina!!!

Literally the perfect trail maintenance vehicle for the Thomaston Dam.

looked like sr knocked it out of gear with his nuts lmfao
2 Wheeled Tank
one of the most exciting motorcycles!
here in germany i can buy a new rokon from sweden. but its not allowed to drive on sreet here...
I live in the Adirondacks and thought about buying one but the price doesn't seem to justify what you get. Its over 8K for a 6hp minibike.

Lol yes they are a conversation piece but do you understand that they are also real a chick magnet😍!
Thats engine sounds weak tho I thought they were 200cc, no?
I agree, be perfect for blazing a trail with a deer in tow!
That thing would smoke a CR500 🤔😂
Thats a freaking billy goat.
It's not your trailer queen that's for shure.
Have you ever come across a Christini 2 wheel drive Enduro/XC Bike?
Hardly dangerous, Son
I have an all original 1968 also, ser. # 68568. Made right here in Vermont.
A 68' was probably made in KEENE N.H.
Could be, it has a decal stating' Rokon Inc. Wilmington, Vermont' 🤔

Are those the brand new titanium foot-pegs offered by IMS for the Rokon line-up???? 😂💪🏻🔥🔥
68 wow- maybe not the fastest cause no suspension- but slow and steady up evr.where- like it ;-)
You would run out of gas before you even got near your destination
Cheese and rice. You don't know stools. These things an go for 9+HOURS on ONE tank. More or less depending on yr/ mdl.
