Bro, it was veeery smooth, but a bit slow. Hunters are really hard to animate, you did a great job!
Really cool concept! However I feel like you could’ve made the movements a bit weightier, along with adding some camera tracking to maintain a dynamic feel.
THANK YOU! To get feedback from you by itself is incredible!!! I chose to do hunters because I thought it would be easier but it definitely wasn’t. They’re a whole other beast ,and it was definitely a learning curve. I hope the next time I do Hunters I’ll be able to add those things! Hopefully in other animations too!
@@Project00MK sweet! One thing that goes really well with hunters is smear frames, they do a lot! Also, I’m glad you’re happy I commented, it’s part of why I love giving feedback to other animators!
On the topic of hunters, I find that their joints are extremely limited despite being much sturdier, I get that hunters are supposed to be tough and chunky, but mega made the mold too limited imo, to the point where you can’t even mimic their distinct hunched posed unless you do some tricky camera work.
I hope to do a bunch of Smear frame tests here soon. I am disappointed that we can’t do the pose too I’ve been trying to find a way to modify them so they can do it but I haven’t figured it out yet
